Onsite business management & accounts

One of the fastest growing areas in our business is the on site visits which means we prepare management accounts and deliver business advice.  This is done on a monthly or quarterly basis and is delivered at your premises.

The service includes the preparation of the management accounts, business advice to the directors in areas such as payroll, staffing, management problems, potential opportunities for expansion and general business advice together with the training of their accounting staff on software such as Sage, VT Transaction, IRIS etc.

If this service is assigned on a quarterly basis we assign our visits to coincide with your VAT return period to ensure that this is completed correctly.  This is an all inclusive service and although appearing expensive all our clients who actually use the service really see the benefit as they are not waiting until their year end accounts are prepared to ascertain how their business has performed recently.  It also enables the directors to make decisions at timely intervals and to react to any adverse business trading conditions as they happen in year.

Prices for this service start from £500 per month and are aimed at businesses which are both established and expanding businesses.
